Thank you for all your help, however, I'm pretty disappointed with the rock chip repair though. It was a completely different color of white in the car is so it stands out crazily when you're standing next to the car. I would have preferred the rock chips the way they were before you "fixed" them, after seeing the gross amount of carelessness that must have been used when applying the touch up paint.

The repaired rt. rear door does not line up when closed like the other side (I can almost fit my pinky in between the closed door and the panel when it's closed) unlike the other side. The paint does NOT match the rest of the vehicle, it has almost an "orange peel" look to it whereas the rest of my vehicle does not. There is some sort of flat black "overspray" on the vehicle where it was repaired as well as the other side. It's an obvious dulling. There is what appears to be tape residue in a straight line across the top of the car and back window.
It looks like there is glue or something in the back seat carpet by the seat rail and the amplifier (which was removed per the repair order) I can't see that it was replaced, maybe it's under the seat, but it just looks like an empty bracket to me.

This is actually Mario's boss. I have now had 5 vehicles repaired at Autowerks. I'm always extremely pleased with the work or I wouldn't keep returning. My only concern is call backs from the technician. I definitely like the email process much better for communication. Mary Sackhoff
