Mike was wonderful today when I picked up my car. He explained all the work that had been done, he gave me a rough estimate on additional work I might want to have done in the future (unrelated to the work I'd had done this week), and he even touched up the paint underneath the front bumper (again, unrelated to this week's work).
The regular texts were a great means of keeping me up to date. And the ease of the pick-up and drop-off of the rental car on site was wonderful, too (I really liked the rental car -- it was fun driving a "tall" car!). Thank you again for taking such good care of my car -- and its owner!
