Was pleased by the entire process...from drop off to pick up. Bruce was especially helpful, knowledgable and explained every aspect. He made me feel comfortable and assured....which were matched by the professional results. My experience is a very positive testimony...and while I have thankfully not had many such occasions, tis one was among the best. Kudos to Stevens and to my Ameriprise overall experience!!!!

My largest concern was the glass in my air vents and I made sure the adjuster put time in for cleaning the glass out. When I picked up my car after much more time than expected without my full knowledge of why, apparently Anne Marie was giving me updates on the wrong car, there was still glass in the car. In the door handle! I wasn't even digging for it, so Brandon vacuumed it out some more and it looked better. However, when I got on the highway to go home and turned on the defrost because of the rain glass came out of the vents. I was not happy and I didn't feel like my concerns for my repair were heard.
