Unfotunately, people don't generally go to autobody shops because they particularly like to go. Going typically means stress and anxiety. However, Mel's was the exception. Friendly, helpful, explained the process, and even finished the repairs two days early. No surprises. In short, they were great, and have made a customer for life. Highly recommended!

The team at Mel's Intercity Collision gave a whole new meaning to 'above and beyond'. I was extremely satisfied with the repairs done on my car. I felt a bit of pressure as I had to research and pick a repair company. I am happy that my decision was Mel's and will forever recommend Mel's to family and friends.

Pinstriping does not match original....went over original pinstriping...other repairs adequate...awaiting info from Mel's when they will fix pinstripe. ..
