Scared to death, the disaster car wreck, went from OMG! police, insurance adjuster, tow and car rental in one day. Day two John Harris Body Shop had busted window secured immediately under plastic. Tammi was fantastic and texted day to day progress. I asked one day for pix of progress and Tammi quickly sent back two pix. Once parts in - it had to meet John Harris standards of quality - one door molding was rejected and reordered. John Harris has both Enterprise and Hertz on location. Picked my car up in the rain - John? (sorry) drove it under canopy and dried car off so I could see repairs well - 5 star rating on repair, install, color match outside and inside, moldings, door vin # sticker in place, vacuumed and smelling of fresh paint. Asked Kelli if they only spray paint or spray paint and bake - John Harris spray paints and bakes - this is a BIG deal going forward to the life of your car. And John Harris guarantees repair work for life of car. And I got a surprise - the guys figured out how to get the interior lights in the car working when you open door and its dark! Thank you!!
