Elk Grove Custom Collision

My vehicle was released to me unclean filled with dust and some debris left inside. Very disappointed.

I was very/ pleased with the customer service received from beginning to end with James who worked with insurance company to get my repaired..he knew his job and he did it well...also a High Five for Corina...she Knows how to work and interact with her customers....Great Teamwork....thank you for a great outcome...Jackie Flanagan

The faciliy is big and clean. The writer, Mario Murillo was very friendly. Said it would take two weeks, but I got back sooner all buffed and pretty. Danny did a great job on the body work. I'm very satisfied with m experience and will share with my friends.

Very pleased Mario was good and always kept us in the loop. Thanks again. The only wish I had was,I had a tire that may have been damaged and asked for it to be looked at since it was in the shop but it wasn't looked at and I have to take it back to get it looked at but I understand that was not the reason for you guys having my car in the first place. Just wish the service went a little above and beyond on that part but still pleased with the service and repair.
