Though my repair itself was done well, I was a little upset that there was lingering glass shards in the interior of my car. The service people did warn me that there was a chance some would be left in the vent system but that the interior would be vacuumed well. I have a toddler and the first daylight that I had the vehicle I noticed glass on the dash and then actually got a piece of glass stuck in my finger as I tried to pick up a quart I dropped on the seat (the glass was in the crevice of the leather seat). Would have expected a more detailed clean out of the glass.

Beth is always great to work with on my repair issues (there have been 3 this year-deer related). Steve the appraiser is also very nice. Thank you very much for making my repair issues easier to deal with. I would not go anywhere else.
