My car looks great! It was fixed incredibly fast and the entire process, from getting the estimate to receiving status texts on my repair, was worry free. Everyone at Titus-Will was so friendly and I will definitely be taking my car here for any future repairs.

My wife, whom picked up the vehicle was treated as if she was a bother to the person at the service desk. She was not helped out to her car when she was seen struggling, pushing my son in a stroller and carrying a car seat in the other hand. Employees watched her clumsily open the door to the building and did not offer to help. My wife had concerns about the paint and was instructed to address it with a service technician who answered her with a rhetorical question, "you dont want it back in the shop, do you?" Wether my wifes' concerns were preception or fact does not matter. A customers' concerns can be addressed with a few encouraging words and a friendly smile. Hearing about how this all took place while I was at work, was deeply upsetting to me. I treat people I come in contact with at my place of buisness with kindness regardless of any circumstance. And I always hold doors open for people when I am able to.
