Repairs are not to satisfaction. Both headlights have interior condensation, and considering I paid out of pocket to get new headlights, I am not satisfied. Scrap parts were left in the inside of my car. There is a small scuff still visible from accident. Driver window doesn't properly function. When someone hit my car, I did not imagine I would get it back in worse condition, especially considering I brought additional business trusting this company. I understand the process, as I spent several years in the auto collision industry myself working from porter, to parts manager, to insurance Lia'son, and never would I have tolerated or allowed a vehicle in this condition pass QC. These are not just dollar signs, they are people's property and some people's passions, and I would have felt better if I was treated as these vehicles mattered to you as they do to me. Once I noticed all the junk parts inside of my car, I was insulted, as if my car was your employees trash disposal. I had much higher expectations, had working in the industry but never having to go through the process, I can safely say this experience was below average customer satisfaction.

Very dissatisfied. Car was only supposed to take 12 man hours. Dropped it off on Tues. Was supposed to be done by Fri. Was not done on Fri. Told it would be done on Mon. Was not finished on Mon. Was told it would be done early Tues. Called Tues afternoon and was told it would not be ready until 5:30 pm. I would not be able to turn in rental by 6 pm so I told them that I would not be able to pick up the car until Wed morning. After paying for the car when they brought the car to me the deep scratches on the tailgate were not even fixed. The repair manager came out th view the car and said he needed a couple of more hours to fix the tailgate area. I agreed but told him if I came back and could feel any of the deep scratches ... I would it accept the repair. He then said he would need a couple of more days and it would take a supplemental from the insurance. I left the car. This entire fiasco has cost us an extra week of a car rental.

Everything about the experience exceeded my expectations. Staff seems like genuinely kind and nice people, updates were proactive and frequent and the body work was great. Wonderful service! Everyone so courteous, thoughtful and helpful. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of your parking area and reception area. I would be willing to bet your work spaces are the same. And, of course, the employees I encountered were not only very kind and considerate but had outstanding personal appearance. I am very dissatisfied with the service that I received. The service center broken my truck and want me to pay for the repair of my truck and pay for the renting of a car from enterprise. For the time that they lost my key and broken my truck I want them to pay for the rental of my car. I will never come here again. Services suckered Dickinson.
