The vehicle was repaired but when I came to pick it up there was a new dent which wasn't there before. The manager said he would take care of the dent which he did. I also noticed a substandard clean up such as residue over the tunnel cover, drippings on the nerf bars. Additionally someone's lunch was thrown in the bed and the old light harnesses. I made 3 round trips to Bellingham from Burlington which was time consuming. I'm a little wary of the QA process because I was the one who noted the problem areas when the supervisor should of screened the finalization. This tells me that there was a lack of supervision in the process and resulted with the customer (me) to point out the obvious. Not a good impression to promote your business. That being said a screening process needs to be in place to mitigate such problems from occurring.

I also refer people to olsen auto body because not only is new car taken great care of but the staff is awesome

Brittany was extremely helpful explaining how the insurance and car rental works. My car looks great! Can't tell it was ever hit. Loved the detailing also. Clean and repaired = perfect!

Staff were courteous, cheerful, and informative. They answered extra questions I had and kept me updated during the repair process. And the car looked beautiful!

That would be great since the work wasn't all competed and the car need to go back in the shop for the missed work. And there's green overspray on the blue runner of the car. Obviously I'm not happy.

Blemishes in painting

Everything went great! My car always looks like new when I bring it to you guys! It took a little longer than expect because of the powder coaters that painted my wheel, but that wasn't your guys fault. Alway a great experience with you guys. Had the unfortunate experience of my girlfriends car needing repair, followed by mine. We both found Olsen as extremely professional with a very caring touch.
