Overall, I was pleased - responsive, done on time, good work. However, there was an issue where I was not informed of additional repairs that needed to be done prior to them being completed. The additional repairs were more than $1000 over my initial estimate. When the issues was noted, the response wa prompt and apologetic and there was little fuss in settling the issue.

Autocraft set the benchmark for quality after our initial accident in the care and concern they showed in helping get us back in the road. After trying locally to get the same service locally and being unsuccessful I drive the 180 miles back to get the job done right. The 720 overall miles driven and the 22 hours was a worthwhile investment for quality
