I was a little surprised when they said it could take up to two days to complete as it was just a mirror replacement but they finished the job in only a few hours and cleaned my truck inside and out which was a nice surprise.

You could be much faster with the communication regarding the progress/completion of my vehicle. It was finished a day or 2 before I was notified. And I called to get an update, only to get a text saying my car was ready afterward. Then after I called you and the text came to me I received a call that I sent to VM, as I was at work, saying that my car had been finished for “a couple days.” Then TODAY (an entire week later!!!!) I get a text stating that I picked up my car today. When I’m fact I picked it up A WEEK AGO. Get it together.

Appointment was never properly rescheduled, had to call multiple times in a 4 hour period to talk to someone, was not informed that repairs would be delayed when going to pick up the vehicle, was told that the mechanics had caused the check engine light to come on with "3 error codes they can't figure out" and had to wait a whole extra day for them to figure out what they did to my vehicle,then I had to call and ask if my car was done before the location closed as I had not received any updates.

You guys were great. It was nice to see James again. He's a good manager. The work was done by the time quoted. My only complaint would be when I come un for the speedy oil change and have to wait 2-3 hours,and I'm disabled because of my feet and legs, and there's no where to sit.you can mention that to the service manager. Other wise,we really like Larry **** dodge. We have purchased several veicals from them, and brought friends in to buy cars or trucks. So thank you very much.

I asked about glass replacement and if my insurance would cover it. They told me they could do it, have the glass replaced by the time other repairs were finished, & that my insurance would cover it. They did not tell me I had to file a claim. They work closely with my car insurance on all other things, my insurance submitted all documents, & they regularly corresponded with my insurance. By the time other repairs were done the glass was not repaired at all, they made no attempts to clarify that I needed to file a claim, & it turns out my insurance will not cover it bc it’s never more than the deductible. Their lazy attititide & lack of clear information put me in a position where I have to turn around & put my car back in the shop after it’s alteady been in the shop for 3 weeks.
