I am very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy I was given by the Larry **** Collision Staff, Geico and Enterprise . My vehicle was fixed in less time than I expected and it looks great. Please do not contact me. Very poor communication-was specifically told my car wouldn't be ready before Thursday (on Tuesday). Wednesday after 2pm was notified my car was ready to be picked up before 6pm. Had made plans but had to rearrange things in order to pick up on Wednesday so as not to be charged for a day in the rental car (had also specifically told the representative I needed a day's notice for pickup with work schedule). Then Thursday (day AFTER I picked up vehicle) I received a text that my car would be ready that day. A few minutes later received a text to confirm I had picked up car that morning (I picked it up the day before). I had to pay my deductible and when I notified USAA of this they indicated they had been waiting to hear back from Larry **** regarding the deductible but never had. Repair looks fine-would have thought on a car that was less than 3 months old the hitch would have been replaced since it looks scratched up close, but clearly my idea of putting a car back to previous state doesn't match the corporate version. Communication was pretty horrible overall.

Super impressed!! It looks like nothing happened. And my car totally looks brand new again.Totally would recommend everyone to get their collision repairs done here! There were some confusions when I first talked to them but they were always nice to me. Good job!

You guys are great! Quick and courteous. Everyone was professional although the lady at the front desk could be more friendly. She stuck out like a sore thumb since everyone else was so great. Dark hair, a little overweight. Not sure why but she was like that the first time I came in as well. Besides that, I’d recommend your services to anyone. Thanks!
