If the job/project/repair supervisor would sit down and explain what is going to be done... just a summary...then ask if there are any concerns BEFORE the repairs are started. I was not offered options for repairs and what happened to the old parts. ONE of my side steps was damage, a little. So both were replaced. I feel I should have been offered the old part that was replaced. I plan on having my truck **** or 2 more decades. Can use any/all spare parts, since it is already 15 years old.

Found bolts left loose stuff was taken from the back of my car and the alignment was not done but was bill for it

I was notified my car was ready June 5. I tried to pick it up on June 7 and was told it still wasn’t ready. So I made a completely unnecessary trip to Boise and back to Mountain home.

I worked with Clint and he was great to work with and my car was completed on the day promised. All looks great...Clint said I should drive Outback and if I had any concerns to contact him. I don’t expect to have any. Everything went smoothly including my rental through Enterprise.

I liked the service done on my car. Car is basically brand new again: the only issue I have is that it took way too longbow to fix the car but I believe that is partly his insurances fault for not getting to the auto shop in time. Other than that, service was great. Everyone was very kind whether it was speaking to me over the phone or speaking in person at the collision center. I liked how the mechanics themselves weren’t too professional. Me being a joking guy, it was great to hear that people who are working on something very important to someone else’s life can also crack a joke here and there. Overall experience was great and the only thing I’d change is their communication with insurance companies. Yes, most of that isn’t really in their control but it is the only complaint i can think of when it comes to my experience at the Larry H **** Collision Center.

Everyone I came into contact with was friendly, professional and attentive. The set up at the Collision Center is efficient and I was impressed. TJ made an impression on my daughter by handing my daughter a cute Gecko Geico stuffy while we were waiting at Enterprise to return our rental.
