Excellent service and repair work.

Janel was a dream to work with. She was really top-notch and kind. I would come back to her in a heartbeat, except for this current challenge. My truck is not yet back to what it was when I brought it in. The sensors still don't work right and now I am being told by Janel, who is relaying this information from her boss, that if I bring it back it might be because of previous damage. If it is found to be previous damage, I will have to pay for the "diagnosis" and repair. The reason for this hard line is because "we already replaced the $350.00, sensors and labor for free, so. If we find something that was hidden damage due to the rear bumper damage, being damaged on the same RT side, then we could have to charge you..." (From a text) All I know is that the sensors worked before I brought the truck in to be fixed. I paid close to $2000 to get the bumper repaired, and now the sensors don't work. How would you feel?

Janel and Heather were awesome to work with!! They made up for our less than positive experience with the Jerry Seiner Cadillac Service Department. We had a smooth, efficient, professional experience with the Collision Center!

Because of Janel, my car was at the collision center for just a day. I got the run around at the dealership; she cut through the bull and got the paint job done. Best customer service I have received with any car at any dealership.

Terrible Job, bring my GMC truck to replace the door and side mirror, and the door out square you can hear the wind on the freeway, and the paint my God horrible definitely won’t recommend you guys at all. The reason I wasn’t said anything it’s because I was working out of town the last month and was have no chance to check it. Hope you guys do a really, deep checking on your paint team and management..

Janelle was excellent; she kept me informed, she disassembled the vehicle before providing the estimate so there weren't any surprises, and the paintwork is amazing. But when Lirim paints your vehicle, amazing is what you get. I will continue to use and recommend Jerry Seiner Collision as the best place to bring your vehicle for QUALITY and SERVICE.
