Watching Juan during the quote was like dominoes falling. He showed me one thing after another that my "new" car had been previously repaired. The final verification came when he exposed that the bumper had been clued on. All the staff was courteous. Also appreciated the updates, drop off and pick-up. Good experience thru a revealing situation, thank you.
