CARSTAR kept me updated with telephone, email, and text communications throughout the insurance claim process beginning with the initial phone conversation to inform me that my claim was moving forward and to welcome me to their services. I am very satisfied with the work that was performed on my VW, and I’m a little TOO excited that they detailed my car. I was very grateful for that. I would recommend / return in the future.

Had my car for 71 days. Put the removed car parts inside the car and damaged the interior/leather seats/panels and GPS screen. Insurance adjuster noted the damage and also all of the sanding scratches in the new paint work. Never repaired and painted the car top. Forgot to paint the side view mirrors. Forgot to replace the car trunk emblem. Washed the car, but did not clean out the trunk or interior of the car from the tree leaves and bodywork mess. The car trunk and interior were spotless when dropped off at Carstar. Serious quality control problems and lack of professional ethics.

My name is Michael Cyrus and l was in an accident on ****/31/19. I was not at fault and the other driver did significant damage to my vehicle. Liberty Mutual allowed me to pick a repair shop in their network and l was elated when Carstar in North Ridgeville was a shop l could choose. We had used this location in the past and they did a phenomenal job then and if possible an even better job repairing my Chevy Cruze. Cody and his staff were the best. I was informed of what repairs were being done and the estimated time it would take. They were able to repair my vehicle even before the time they estimated. I know it sounds weird but the car looks better now then the day l drove it from the dealership. Being in an accident is difficult but Carstar made this a great process. I would recommend Cody and his team at Carstar in North Ridgeville to anyone. Thank you again!

I am very happy with the experience I had with CarStar of North Ridgeville.My car was brought to CarStar on ****/30/19 after having been damaged when I slid on ice . I had never had to go through anything like this before! I was kept informed of the status of my repair, Cody was very professional and patient.My car was repaired and looks like nothing ever happened to it .It looks great ! Nice job even cleaned it up for me ! I hope that I never have to do this again but I will definitely recommend CarStar of North Ridgeville to anyone who needs accident repairs!
