The repairs were not done but we were charged for them. I reported the issues with you and no one would call me back or get on the phone to even talk with me about them. Is this take the money and run approach? We are very disappointed with your service!

The option to use Georgetown Collision was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. I settled on this repair shop based on the good reviews and length of time in business. Going in I felt good with my choice. After 20 something days and no repair, I became concerned. The meter was running out for my rental and still not much progress. When I did finally get my car back, the suspension was not fixed and the car was unsafe to drive. The mechanic at Sun Automotive would not let me drive it by law. The suspension repair took another 10 days waiting on the rear axle to arrive. Due to the negligence in detecting all the damage before the car was returned to me, I had to pay $500.00 out of pocket for the rental car. I plan to post this complaint everywhere if you do not reimburse for the car expense and the time and effort I had to endure making the car complete. William P

You guys did a great job and my vehicle looks great. Even though it took longer than 30 days there were parts missing from my vehicle and the power door/hatch button no longer works. Honestly, I don't have time to go back and forth with your staff about this so I will take my vehicle somewhere else. I get exhausted just thinking about the run around I got after I started inquiring about when my car would be ready which didn't start until after the 30 days. Of course, I feel as if I should go to google and let people know that they should sit in their car, the front seat and the back seat of the their car and try out every feature before they leave your lot. My infiniti was a rushed job and I am certain that is why certain cosmetic parts (not immediately visible to the eye) are missing and not put back. Extremely disappointed.

7 weeks to complete. 5 completion date changes. no customer service in the form of updates even after 30 days, or 60 days. No walk around the vehicle to ensure after completion to make sure it looks as it did when it came in. Grill is wrong with no alternative solution to make it right. Headlights damaged. Held my truck and asked me to call insurance company for payment, because no one in the office submitted it until I got to the shop to pick up my truck. Didn't complete repair, forgot to hook up oil hose to radiator and the day after I got my truck back left me stranded on the side of the road with 8 quarts of oil all over a left turn lane on Whitestone. I had to call a wrecker and take it to a different repair shop because because,"we did no mechanical work to your vehicle, so we're not liable for that." I have the paperwork and pictures to prove it was Georgetown Collisions fault.

The rear bumper does not match the rest of the car and my hood also looks off. My whole car looks off I just can’t leave my car for a whole month or more.

The entire experience until the very end was unprofessional and unacceptable. The car had hail damage. We dropped it off because they said they were ready for it. It sat the first week and after I follows up my call it was going to be started on the following week on Monday. I left it alone as they state up front repairs take up to 30 days usually. I called after 3 additional weeks and it had not been started. during this time I had dealt with at least three different individuals who would tell me someone who knew would get back to me right away who knew about the car and the situation. Let em go back to the beginning. I told them if they were unable to start right away as I would drive the car (hail damage) so I didn't put mileage on our regular cars (this was my daughters car). No one cold tell me anything other than they were so busy they couldn't get to the car quite yet. It wasn't until I emailed everyone including the owner CEO that anything was completed on it. You should not have to go to that extreme to get customer service. If they didn't have time to do the car tell me I could have taken it elsewhere or waited until they were ready. In fact my other two cars are being taken elsewhere and they told me three weeks for the damage we have and I have already heard from them two days after dropping it off.

I have called and called to get an update for a missing part that was ordered. Joe said he approved the release of my car knowing that I would need to return when the part arrived. I cant an answer about when the part will arrive.

It helped that I had another car to use, or I imagine I’d have been frustrated with waiting about 10 weeks. If I could suggest anything to improve it would be communication. I did call for information and asked for a callback that I never received. Perhaps a text, or an email with status updates could be implemented into a routine to let customers know what to expect. I first learned how bad the damage was to my car when I received the itemized bill from the insurance company, and I was shocked! Other than that, as far as I can tell on day one and having only driven the car home, I’m satisfied and the car looks good! The staff are all very nice and I would definitely recommend Georgetown Collision to my friends and family.

All of the work performed was exceptional. Better communication from the front desk to the estimator to me would help in the future. Overall, I am happy with my experience with GT Collision.

My vehicle was dropped off for a hail estimate on a Monday. They said it would be ready by Tuesday afternoon. I told them that I didn’t have rental coverage, and need my vehicle back soon, as it was just there for an estimate. I didn’t get it back until the following Monday. And... STILL didn’t have an estimate ready. All you care about is getting as many vehicles in as possible, and no regard for the individual. No thanks, we went somewhere reputable.
