Cedric was amazing! From the time I walked in to the time he led me back out to my finished car. He took his time, commmunicated every step, and explained everything. Loved how patient he was and how much pride he took in his work and work done on the car. Awesome ambassador for sterling McCall collision!

I am completely satisfied with Tony and the work he did. He was prompt in calling me back and keeping me informed and the car looked great at the end. However, the text updates were completely wrong and misleading. They said my car would be finished a MONTH before it was finished. They should be discontinued. Also, for part of our repair Tony was out of the office and my car was assigned to someone else. During that time I was not regularly informed of my car’s progress, my phone calls were not returned, and my inquiries about my car were treated as last priority.

Sterling McCall Collision is absolutely the best when it came to repairing my car. I recieved texts and phone calls from my represetive Cedric who is a amazing. He kept me in the loop every step of the way. I was never guessing when my car would be ready and how much longer. My car was acually done earlier than expected. She looks brand new and was in good hands at Sterling McCall. Thank you so much for taking this stressful time and turning it into a positive time. You guys ROCK!!!

You did a good job keeping me updated on my car until the complete date changed. I was just told the complete date changed and not why. No one answered on Saturday morning when I tried to call and then I left a message on Monday morning. I called back late Monday afternoon and left another message I did receive a call after 6 pm that day. Also when I went to pick up my car, the employees we’re talking among themselves. I was not acknowledged or greeted until the conversation was completed. I was the only customer in there.
