They were rude had to left message with the Manager never called me back the told me my car was ready went to pick it up the following day wasn't ready upon delivery had to wait 30 min for them to wash it left there and my seatbelt wasn't even put on they never installed it there response was it was overlooked then they offered to put me in a rental car the receptionist was rude told me to make my own reservations by then I had it so I went home with no seatbelt in the backseat went back to day got a rental cart rental car that I had to put 50 on hold when I turned in my other rental car that I put 50 down when I could just kept my 1st one everything was just a waste of time my car was even fixed right the repairs on the hood wasnt done right I would never take my cars to sterling McCall to get fixed

Communication was lacking. I was told that I would be notified after the initial evaluation. I had to call to find out the status. It was started and expected to be finished by Friday. I called on Friday and it was not quite ready. It was completed correctly, but the text messages regarding status were weird. The message on day 5 said "we will see you in 377 days". What did that mean?

I explained to the person that was helping that when i picked up my vehicle something was not feeling right.. His response was that it was just a cold start. Took the truck to get it check out somewhere else. Long story short i was put on my spare tire because what was SUPPOSED to be fix was not done. The tire had damage when we brouhhy it in an was stated to be fixed and they just left it as it was when the accident happen... Very unacceptable, is bad eniugh it took a month for the truck to be fix and charged 5000 for it to be fix, but from all the damage to my truck that is still there is was not worth that much ..
