Just a little irritation when picking up car. I had called ahead as I was on a tight schedule and confirmed car was ready. When I arrived the car was blocked in and no one could locate keys to move cars so they could get mine out. Literally took about 25 minutes to retrieve my car. Repair looks good. Might work on customer service/communication.
