Staff (especially Cedric) very professional and courteous. I especially liked the weekly updates by text on the repair work. The repair work done was superb. Overall, I received excellent customer service. It was very convenient to have Hertz rental cars in the same building. I would definitely recommend Sterling McCall to my friends and would come back myself, if needed.

Y'all were all over me to get my business. But the day I picked up my truck there was no one to show me exactly what you did or talk about warranty or anything. The receptionist just asked me to sign paperwork. I told her to wait so, I could at least go and inspect what had been done. Overall it was a quick turnaround and decent up front communication. But once you had my money and was finished it's as if you didn't want to make eye contact with me.

Cedric was my assigned representative and he provided excellent quality customer service. He was very informative, efficient, attentive and responsive. Cedric is very personable and accommodating; plus, he is an LSU fan! Based on the service Cedric provided, I will definitely recommend Sterling McCall Collison Center to my family and friends.

I appreciated the text updates. I also came earlier that the promised time of 4pm because that was when I could get a ride to Sterling. The guys were gracious to put my car on through and I got away before 4pm.

I don't know how but there is a scratch on new hood with new paint. Sterling McCall needs to recheck everthing ok after the job is done. I'm kind of not very happy that.
