Tony was very professional, he kept me informed the whole process. The body shop was able to get my new truck paint looking like it was from factory. I know these new paints are hard to replicate but I can't tell the difference. Sterling McCall Jersey village made my experience effortless including fighting with my insurance company for me so I was not delayed any further. Cedric was WONDERFUL!! He was extremely nice and made the entire experience more bearable for me.He kept me updated on everything that was going on. I picked up my vehicle late this afternoon but came straight home which is just a couple blocks away so didn't really drive far. My car looks great. I loved my Kia sportage rental that I got from hertz in same location which made the entire process so much easier and extremely convient. I hope I never need your services again, BUT if I should I will call Cedric right away!! Great job guys and Great Customer Service!!
