Danny Spence (the service rep in charge of my case) provided me with extremely unsatisfactory service. First of all, Danny repeatedly neglected to give me updates on my car repair, even though there were a total of 3 delays. Leading up to the estimated day of completion, I was receiving texts saying that my car repair was on time (I got a text even the day before). When the estimated day of completion came around, I got no message saying whether or not my car was ready to be picked up. I had to call several times to even get Danny to pick up, and it was when he finally did, that he told me there was a delay. He then gave me a new estimated day of completion, but by the time that day came, again there was a delay-- with no notification whatsoever until the day-of. This happened again afterwards (for a total of 3 delays)-- again, with no updates. For the two additional delays, I had learned my lesson and knew I had to proactively Danny to ask for updates (even though we would verbally agree that he would call me with updates). Which brings me to the next responsive-- he was incredibly unresponsive. During the week of delays after the initial estimated day of completion, I was calling many, many times throughout different times of the day, nearly every other day, and leaving voicemails as well (I would estimate around 50 calls over the course of the week). He returned my calls exactly twice, and on the revised days of pickup-- far too late. My last issue was maybe the worst of all-- when the day of pickup finally came around, he handed me the keys and as I was driving off the lot, my car automatically locked the doors and I heard a very audible rattling noise-- turns out the door lock was improperly installed, and did not lock at all. Either the vehicle was not test-driven, or the car was handed off to me knowing that the repairs were faulty-- I replicated the issue 5 times to make sure it was no fluke, and since my car auto locks after about 10 seconds, there's no way the rattling sound it made would go unnoticed.

After careful inspection, I found out that the black padding sticker on top of the bumper was not glued properly. I have to go back to Sterling Mccall for you to fix this on Monday, 10/09/2017.
