Quality was great. The first week I got daily text updates. When it got closer to the pickup date I got none. I had to call multiple times to find the status. The pickup date got moved from Friday to Monday then Tuesday. I never got an update from Lamettry saying that the date was being moved. Again, I had to call. The car turned out great, I would have liked a call as soon as they found out it would be delayed.

Over six weeks to complete was a lot longer than I expected. The topper waa installed crooked where the rear window is out of alignment. Also the tailgate is out of alignment. Kris mentioned to give it a week to see how things are after I drive it a bit. Also it looks like the tailgate has a dent in it that I didn't recall having before it was dropped off. You can call any time to let me know what to do.

A little surprised, I trust you to repair a $48,000 vechile......
Yet, you would not allow a personal check to be written.
Had I not called and asked , I would have not known.

Repair job is great. Cant tell it was damaged. Project management skills lacking. Job took 2x as long as quoted. I travel for a living and was without my vehicle for an extra week. That's money out of my pocket

Everyone was very professional and curtious. Great job on the repair! You can't tell at all that there was any damage to my car. The estimator was very kind to me. He did not treat me like I am stupid. He knew I was upset about the damage and he listened to me when I told him what happened. Thanks for a job well done as always!!
