Other than text Msgs with updates to keep me informed,I've always had to represent myself , it's been one week since I've had my car back and havent heard back or received any follow up calls but my check for damage has been deposited almost immediately. I have questions and concerns about my cars vehicle repairs and still waiting for answers . I feel I was just a $ and my car isn't perfect .
