Although being in a car accident is never any fun, it was so nice knowing I was being so taken care of. Within 15 minutes of my accident, Kris was looking at my car and making arrangements for me. Yes, I work here, but it gave me an inside view of the whole process and how professional and caring the body shop team is. My car looks amazing and my favorite part .....the INSIDE is spotless, too! Thank you, guys! I'm so proud to be part of such a GREAT company!

Alice, and the team at Lamettry's did a wonderful job in handling ever aspect of my repair. This was not your usual repair and they were willing and able to work with me and keep me updated throughout the entire process. Also, special thanks to Harmony for getting everything set up and being so patient and friendly when I called to ask questions. You guys are awesome! Hopefully, I won't have to come back anytime soon, but if I do I know where to go.

Overall I am very satisfied. When I gave the work a more thorough look when I got home I noticed a few very minor marks on the paint in the area of the repairs. I was hoping I could get it in for a look.

The passenger door lock does not work and you cant open the door from inside of the car.
I spoke with someone today about this issue and will return the car Monday Morning to be fixed.
Otherwise the Body work that was done is acceptable.
