I appreciate that I did not need to get involved with dealing with my insurance company. And I am particularly pleased with the quality of job done. I can not detect any evidence that a repair has been done, and I believe the door seems are more uniform now than when the car was new.

Excellent work, communication, and service. I first attempted this repair at Caliber and was disappointed by their lack of car knowledge, basic customer service, couldn't distinguish what a trailer hitch vs trailer wire connector was and how they confused my appointment multiple times.

Although I am satisfied with the repair work, I wasn't impressed with the communication. I was promised an update by phone twice but no one bothered to call me. After first failure to call me back, I called out B & S failure to call me. The staff promised to correct the mistake and make sure to call me the next time. But the mistake was repeated. I can excuse a new mistake but repeating the mistake is not a good customer service. It left a bad experience in spite of being satisfied with the repair work.

Bob did a good job of keeping us informed with the insurance company's approval of the repair estimates, the progress of the work on our car, and was very helpful in answering all of our questions. When we went to pick up the car the staff was very friendly and the car looked great! It was a very smooth transaction for what could have been a very stressful situation. Thanks for the great customer service...the workmanship is awesome.
