The office staff was super helpful and Mike was great giving me frequent updates throughout the repairs. The whole staff makes the repair process go so smoothly for their customers! Highly recommend this shop!

They kept moving the date of when it would be ready without really explaining why... And then they gave me a time to come pick it up and then an hour before called and told me it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. It was two weeks past the time I was told, and when I picked it up today it still has problems with the front passenger wheel. So I have to bring if back tomorrow. I'm very upset with the service I have received. And I'm contemplating filing a formal complaint with the better business bureau.
