Everyone on the team was extremely efficient. They even got the truck back to me a day early. Not only was everyone professionally curtious, effective, efficient, they were also very good looking.... well... except for that one person, and I'm positive they did their very best to look very professional in the finest way they could.

I was told several times my vehicle would be ready on July 3rd. I did not receive any correspondence on the 3rd so I called and was told there was a skeleton crew and my vehicle would be ready on July 6th. I did not receive any communication so I called and they told me it would be ready on July 7th. I called again on the 7th and they told me it would be ready the following week. I received my vehicle on July 12. The actual work is satisfactory. Better communication with customers is needed.
