I doubt anyone is ever happy to have to take their car in to get fixed, but Mike helped to take the stress out of the situation. Wearing dress clothes and a tie, he's still on his knees helping unhook a broken headlight to make the car driveable until the scheduled repair date. Thank you.

There were issues with the repairs done to my truck. I dealt with John, and he was incredibly great to work with and we worked together to sort out the problems. I also didn't like the lack of communication between the shop and myself. I got the texts, but I prefer to actually talk to a live human and discuss issues. I would rate your shop at a 5/10 but I would John a 10/10. If anyone where to go to the lakeville location I would refer them to work with John. If someone would like to call and talk about my experience, I would welcome it. Thanks.
