The car was not ready when I was told. And the entertainment/navigation screen does not turn on now. They tried to reset by disconnecting the battery, but no dice. I have to go to dealer to fix this. Mgr Jeff offered to make an spot for me but just easier to schedule this myself

I like that they text me often with updates on the progress of work on my vehicle. I like that their contact with me through modern techniques. I prefer text messages vs email and phone calls. Everyone was very courteous and respectful. My experience with B &S was very good, people were very warm and friendly. I would highly recommend B&S

I had just a minor repair to be done and my car now looks brand new. Being informed via text of the progress was a nice feature that you have and very much appreciated. I was very impressed with the turn around time in getting my car fixed. If in the future if I need any body work done I will definitely come back and also recommended others to come here as well. Everything so far is good. I paid the amount we were responsible fore and was given car back not completed due to miss ordered parts shipped. When we dropper off the car I was told 2 weeks for completion. They kept us informed often but the planned completion date change many times near the end of 2 the 2nd week. Finally after we spoke with the manager on 4day of 3rd week we were able to pay leave with car and bring it back for completion they were also willing to shuttle us back and forth. 2 items not completed are the black out strip around drivers door window was not installed and the driver side door mirror cover is still damaged. B S Hacienda auto said they will call and schedule with us when they receive the parts. I was told the right front door parts were shipped to them, both black out strip and door rear view mirror cover.? I just hope they can do these last two repair items in one day and don’t find out the parts are wrong after leaving the car there. All in all the manager was very helpful. If it was my business you may want to look into who and how the parts are being ordered by.
