Only problem was resolved. I was told on Tue 3/8 that my car would be ready today @ 4:30p. I came down to Lancaster & got a call that there were parts yet to come in & I said that was unacceptable. When a promise is made arrangements are made. I don't live in Lancaster. I wasn't going to come back to Lanc. til my car was done, when I got the call that my car would be ready that's what I expected so I drove the 100 miles to Lancaster to get my car. So I was upset that I might not have gotten my car today, but the issue was resolved & promise was kept by Kristin. Thanks again.

I was ecstatic when I picked up my car on Friday! It looked like a new car, inside and out! The body work and the paint job is beautiful. I was amazed that the whole inside of my car was vacuumed and wiped down to like new condition. Thank you so much to all who worked on my car. Also, Leslie was very professional in the appraisal process and communicated well during the repairs, as did the receptionist whenever I called or stopped in. The new door w the black paint looks very nice I am pleased W the work all your staff did to repair my door in such A short time period ! I told Leslie that I would be coming back to your repair services should I ever need too and will recommend you's to my family and friends .I am thankful to have a door w or w o the molding as it Did not shut or open properly after the accident and I travel w my Grandsons and Daughter quite frequently.and also my grandson Noah was sitting on the back right passenger side ,I had just dropped them Off less than 10 -15 minutes before the accident I believe he may have been injured as he is only 6 years old ,I am glad I was alone when the crash occurred and I appreciate all Your help ,sincerely,Namcy Garris
