I would never recommend this dealership! We went to pick up our vehicle and found it in a gulley with mud all over the tires and a cracked windshield! Are you serious? This is what they wanted us to pick up? The windshield was not damaged or cracked when it went in for repair! Totally disappointed! Just horrible Customer Service!

The Adjuster was very knowledgeable follow through on her promises on time delivery. the building was very clean she took me back on a dayswhen I was looking for something in the car she assist newin every way she would. I will recommend this repair collision service to anyone looking to repair their car or have an accident thank you awesome team!!!

Oh my Goooooooodness... They EXCEEDED my expectations. Leslie was so kind and empathetic and quite instrumental in a speedy delivery of my vehicle ensuring it was finished in time for the holidays/week-end. I am fine with the repair work. I am not happy with your office staff. When I made a comment that the total bill was a $1000 higher then the estimate, the response was "I bet your happy your not paying that". No offer to explain why it was so much more. And I am paying it through my insurance premiums. There was no concern or apology for the problem with the sensor that was on my dashboard when I picked up. I had concerns about keeping the rental and who was paying for that. These questions were not answered before I was told to take the rental for the weekend and they would look at the sensor on Monday. All because the technician had already left for the day. Apparently there was no attempt made to check that first, because he was still there and able to fix the problem with the sensor. Only to receive a call telling me to come back 20 minutes later. Total disregard for my time and money.

I was very impressed with the constant updates regarding the repair of my vehicle. I was initially told 7 business days for the repairs to be complete as long as no underlying issues were discovered. The repairs were completed in only 4 days. Thank you so much! My car looks new again!
