Was very pleased with the work and service. The automatic emails confused me as there was no mention of wolf motors on my paperwork and the physical address was different then where we dropped off our vehicle. Even received one thanking us for picking up our vehicle when we did not. Would save alot of concern and worry if you would correct them or give customers a heads up. Would recommend you to others

When I came in I paid my deductible without seeing the car first then was told the car was in front no where to be found so walked back and car was not anywhere around office area parking lot . Now if the car was outside I would of had to check out the car and leave. The car should have been showed to me before I ever paid anything . A employee should of showed me the work done since picked it up at body shop then went in paid . When I had work done from you be for and picked it up at car dealer they even showed me the car before paying to be sure I was happy and all working . I felt I was waking all over the place looking for my car nowhere to be found had to go back iinto office area and tell then no car anywhere then the girl asked for my keys brought car to me then looked at car with me . A lot of wasted time .

I will be bringing the car back in to have someone check the alignment/fit of the bumper cover with the contour of the car body. There are several places that don't seem to fit tightly as they did originally and I believe that the fit should be better.

They did not take my car out on the highway and test the steering, which I asked them to, they just said it was ok. I immediately went on the highway after picking up my car and it pulls to the right. Completely dismissed what I said. They did say the pin stripping will be fixed today, but they should have had that checked before I came to pick it up. Also, the front of the hood, the paint looks horrible and looks bubbked. Will be showing them this in the morning. These things should have been caught by quality control...whomever that is and should have been rectified before I picked it up, instead of rushing this through.
