The repair work was professional and timely. The cost of some replacement parts from Voss BMW Parts cost significantly more than the same parts from Jake Sweeney BMW in Cincinnati. They were both BMW OEM parts. In one case the cost difference was over 100.00.

When dropping of car for repair I told service writer after accident that car needed front end alignment. When picking up car I looked on bill and noticed that it was not done. When I told Greg he said he know nothing about it. I ask if he test drove and he said just in lot. Then when we went outside to look at SUV I first noticed white rubbing compound on drivers side running board. I ask if they detailed and he said they did. I continued looking and noticed rubbing compound on both doors on inside of door Jams. I ask him if they forgot to clean inside doors and he said he was sure it was done. Back door seems a little tight when opening. I was very disappointed with the final car detail and the fact I told them about front end alignment that was not done. I will be talking with insurance company about my concerns. Randy B
