Having been in an automobile accident that is very nerve wrecking, this experience was absolutely perfect. Lisa kept updated on the progress of the repairs, was very knowledgeable of the process. From the moment walking through the door Meredith was friendly and helpful. In a day when you think customer service is non-existent, your business nailed it. Outstanding customer service.

From the moment I walked in I was treated with professionalism! From Mrs. Vaughn helping me with my claim, Jen being my customer service person and all the guys coming out of their morning meeting! Pine Forest Automotive kept me updated daily as work was being done! Jen and all the team dealt with Allstate and helped me with getting a ride to Enterprise by calling them to pick me up. I picked up my car yesterday and had added an oil change at a great price!! The work done on my car looks great! I will never go to another Automotive shop. I give them a well earned 10 across the board. It was refreshing to deal with a place someone had referred us to and be happy! Thank you all! Job well done!!!

I really don't think there is much that needs to be changed. Friendly staff , they keep you up to date on EVERYTHING!!!! ALL AROUND A GREQT PLACE & I AM HAPPY WELL MORE RHQN HAPPY THAT I CHOSE PINE FOREST AIYOMOTIVE RATGEE THAN ANOTHER OPTION.
THEY TOOK THE TIME AND EVEN TO SEE IF THE CARE WAS DAMAHED IN OTHER PLACES, WHICH IMPRESSED ME BECAUSE MOST SHOPS WON'T DO THAT AT ALL. THABK YOU FOR THE EXCELLENT JOB (THE ENTORE STAFF)
