I was so pleased to see that I was informed about my vehicle as the work was being performed I was told early on about the time it would take to finish the work and that is exactly what was done as they said when I saw my vehicle I was overwhelmed with the job that they had done on my Jeep I just want to thank Pine Forest Automotive for making this unpleasant accident such a pleasant experience in repairing my vehicle thank you guys so much

Meredith and Jen were extremely professional and enjoyable to work with. Dealing with a collision is super stressful, and these two ladies really helped in dealing with that. They answered all my questions and even went above in beyond with tips for my rental. My car looks new again. I'm so pleased with the outcome and my experience there. Pine Forrest is so professional! I like that they text me to keep me updated day by day. Thank you so so so much to Brandon! Literally so happy right now with my car, wheels and everything ! Even though there was a couple things needing adjusted you guys are taking care of it, and that was really nice of you all at Pine Forrest. Ernie was super professional with me from Day ****!
