Great customer service, quality of work less than acceptable! Had tail gate replaced. Looks good but will close. Right bracket that holds tailgate to frame was damaged and not replaced.

Everything was amazing except for one thing. I got a call from y’all saying I had a very large Evap leak that wasn’t wreck related. I took it to Honda and they did a complete evaluation of it and said it was a false code that was from getting hit in the back end of my car. Therefore, this was now not covered under the repair and I had to pay $142 to have this inspected. Other than that, beautiful work, and I was absolutely in love with the fact y’all washed, vacuumed and detailed my car. It looks awesome, and I feel like I have a new car!

The pick up date changed at least four times. That put me in a bad position, as I need my truck for hauling, and a rental vehicle won’t work. Do a better job on telling people when their vehicle is ready and then stick to it. Give yourself a buffer if you need to. For instance, it would be better to tell someone two weeks and it’s done in a week instead of saying a week and it takes two weeks, or three, or four... make sense?
