Awesome job. Quick turn around. Communication was excellent. The photos along the way were great. I didn’t have to wonder what was going on. The vehicle was returned in a clean condition. Customer service was Superd. I will definitely choose PFA from now on. I will recommend to others.

Car was not ready when I was told it would be and repair was not done in days initially told it would be done. Work looks to be satisfactory and vehicle was cleaned up very well. Other than the time wasted by having to wait and get rental car extension I am happy with work performed,

The length of time for the repair was just too much. Luckily I had another vehicle but what if I hadn’t? 2 months in the shop would’ve been very difficult with no second vehicle.

Pine Forest Automotive called immediately to schedule repair work on my car after they were notified by my insurance company. The staff were very friendly, professional & helpful. Their communication via text & website photos was amazing, keeping me updated on the progress of the repair of my vehicle. They completed the work by the estimated completion date & my car looks like it is brand new!
