Someone should already be contacting me. However after being fixed, you can still see at least 2 creases in the bumper and the bumper to the rear panel do not align. Along with a line across the rear panel like rippling also some paint imperfections one like a chip on the bumper and the others on the panel. That is all I noticed so far

Professional service but on further examination of repairs my rear taillight is not properly aligned. Presumably there was slight damage to the body which wasn't a dressed in the repair efforts

I was not pleased with the way Ian treated me when I questioned him about why it took so long to get payment from Insurance. He was very rude to me. I have worked in the
Public for my years and I was taught how to treat your customer with respect. And if they are wrong, you are still kind to them and still treat them with respect. No matter what!!!

I dropped my car off to have the rear lift support replaced and the weather stripping replaced. The rear lift supports were never replaced but listed on my receipt of the work completed.
