Car was not fixed to original condition. Quarter panenel lines didn't line up with surronding parts. Blemishes in paint that I could not see due to rain on car at time of delivery.

Awesome from beginning to end. Great work on the car and I liked being updated on the status of my car via text. And I am not the most patient of people, the staff did a great job of getting things done expediiticiously, in and out, couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I am fine with the overall status of my truck and think the job was well done. I am however very disappointed with the excessive delay and length of the repair, not to mention the fact that I am still waiting on my grill guard. There was the storm that migh have delayed things by a day (maybe 2) but the overall operation took nearly 2 weeks for labor expected to take 9hrs. I don't understand why the parts were ordered after I dropped off my truck. I basically paid 500 for a rental when 75% of the time my truck was just sitting there. I would be happy to speak to someone on this matter, because as of this point I would not recommend your shop based on customer service.

Everything was great except I got my car back and my radio stations weren't coming in. I found my radio antenna when I turned on my windshield wipers and saw it being pushed across my window. Luckily it wasn't lost and after getting a ladder to screw it back in my radio is receiving again.

They kept me updated via tex message about the repair process. And make it convenient for me to be contacted by providing communication via text messaging as an option. They've completed my repairs a few days before the estimated completion date. Overall great experience. Made it easy for me and the car has a full lifetime warranty on the repairs that were made.
