The repair was fantastic and the willingness to work with me in regards to my work schedule was excellent. The staff at pineforest were nothing but cordial and professional and all my belongings that were within the vehicle were kept in the condition i left them, including the random bits I was holding onto like a pine nut shell and a cotton plant casing. I am very satisfied.

When I initially brought my vehicle for repair, I chose your shop because I wanted somewhere that was USAA approved. Prior to this, I brought my car to Gross and Sons and the Geico representative told me that I would have after market parts placed on my vehicle. So I decided to file for an accident which was not my fault through my own insurance. I brought my car to Pine Forest and was told that they didn't have to do my repairs there and could provide me an estimate to whichever shop. This made me second guess and feel that they were not confident in repairing my vehicle. I am satisfied with the work overall on my car, but did not appreciate that comment. I wanted to feel that I was choosing the best shop to fit my needs. Thank you.

Everyone is friendly and they take pride in the work they do. I always recommend PF collision to family and friends.
And I was able to get my oil changed in the automotive center while my car was already there. Now that Jimmy Gilmore works there I will be back when I need repairs. He took care of my cars for years at Pete ****. Thank you so much.
