Wonderful atmosphere! The office staff is very friendly and kept me very well informed throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to make a stressful situation bearable. I did not have the opportunity to talk any of the mechanics, but they did a great job on my car, it truly looks like nothing ever happened and drives great! It was a surprise to find my car completely detailed inside and out! I will definitely be back for oil changes and any maintenance I might need in the future! I will highly recommend Pineforest automotive!!!! Thank you all again!!!

On time, on budget, on expectations. What else matters.

I have been to the shop many times and never had any difficulties. This visit was very stressful. First, I was told my car would be assessed and I would get a call on Friday afternoon (6/9). Never got a call. When I called on 6/12, I had to pretty much insist that I get to speak with someone. I was told that I would be called later in the day which was not acceptable as it should not take that long to do an estimate on a car that has been at your shop for 3 business days. I left the car there on the 7th. The updates told me my car would be ready on the 20th but there was a problem and no one called me to advise. I had to call and get them to send me an updated estimate and delivery date. I finally got my car back but there are some issues with the paint and it needs to come back to be fixed. It was very frustrating. I understand that this is your business and you can't predict the problems that occur when you are working on the car but you CAN let the customer know so they can plan. We depend on our cars for everything and it was very difficult to make plans as I was not well informed by your staff.

Everyone was informative and helpful. If the need ever arises we would definitely use your company again. Thank you

They stayed an extra hour for me to be able to pick up my car before the weekend. I thoroughly appreciated that as my rental had to be turned in and I would've been stranded without a car. Everyone was very nice, and I appreciated the text message updates about where my vehicle was at during the process.

This was my first time using Pine Forest and I loved them! They were so friendly! They accommodated my schedule perfectly. The texting system they used was also very helpful in keeping me informed. That was the most stress-free car accident I think anyone could have been in! They were also very cost effective.
