I was very impressed with the customer service Nd it was obvious that the company promotes an atmosphere where making the customer feel special is a priority. Unfortunately, it appears that the technician who put my Audi back together did not pay much attention to detail and if someone does a final inspection, they also missed the details. The interior door handle was not reconnected so passengers could not open the door. I also noticed the rubber window trim was not properly reinstalled in the track and it looked like some tape residue was left on the lower section. The good news is the repair looks great!

If you have been a customer for years you should be able to drop off the car and phone in the claim number I was in a very tight time crunch and the rental car person was there waiting it would have been easier if they would have allowed me to talk to the claims people and phone it in
