The entire process went as smoothly as I could have imagined. From the outset. Lemettry’s handled all matters with the insurance company and rental car agency. I only had to verify that all was accurate. Getting the estimate took only a matter of minutes and details were explained professionally and in easy to understand terms. Scheduling the service was a breeze and Lemettry’s followed up with reminders of both the service appt and rental car details. Most importantly, the work was top notch and completed early. Honestly, a first rate experience all around.

It was not completely repaired. Outside a slight transfer of the damage was visible. It was finished while I waited. The staff were friendly and apologized for not having it completed. My only concern was that it was buffed down to the paint surface to close assured it wasn’t.

LaMettry's staff did a wonderful job keeping me informed about the progress of the repairs of my vehicle. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The body work looks fantastic. I'm a repeat customer.
I'm not sure if that's good or bad. If I ever need body work again on a vehicle, I'll be back.

I'm happy with everything except for one item. They told me that it would take 3 days. Instead it took 6 days. I don't know why the estimate was so far off. They did keep me posted about the 2 delays and insurance did pay for the extra 3 days of a rental car so it did work out ok.

Because it is after hours I was unable to call, but I will in the morning. The door unlock button to get into my Nissan Rogue has not worked since I picked up my car at 5:00pm today. It is a feature I use multiple times throughout the day and something that worked when I dropped my car off a week ago.
