Thank you for providing a loaner car. Don't think I could have afforded a rental. Everyone was great from my June 19th arrival until July 20th when I picked up my car. I would recommend Main Auto to everyone. Thank you for making a stressful situation bearable.

For both my vehicle and my gf vehicle (which was coincidentally in at the same time) both had issues that were missed by the repair staff until upon pickup - not until I inspected were they found. While they will likely be fixed, it's disappointing to have the Main team miss them initially and not have them fully completed upon our inspection.

My bumper was not installed properly. The head light that was replaced did not fit properly. My wife's yoga mat that was left in the back seat was dirty.

Staff thoroughly explained repair procedure, was well versed in insurance matters, and aided in rental of loaner vehicle.
They kept me informed of repair status via cell text in a timely manner.

This is the third vehicle we have had MAB work on for us. We are VERY pleased with all three. The Mazda and MINI required painting; the body parts repaired/painted look brand new and are so well blended into the remainder of the vehicles' bodies, you cannot see ANY variation.
MAB's employee's have been caring, personable and go to tremendous levels of detail to satisfy our needs. They obviously take great pride in their work and service.
Thank you Main Auto Body! We do not want to need you again, but if so, you are our first and only choice!
