I went to multiple places for estimates and Ray's had the lowest price of any place I visited. Very happy with the work done. Not only did Ray's deliver my car 2 days earlier than expected, I very much appreciated how clean my car was....inside and out. Have never had a collision repair shop clean the inside of my car the way Ray's did. Also, Ray's was the only place that has offered me a loaner car while my car was being repaired. Thanks for everything to everyone at Ray's!!!

Overall, I was satisfied with Ray's Collision. Your customer service, follow up texts and phone calls, and providing a loaner vehicle were exceptional. The only drawback is a parking pass which was on my dashboard and two magnets on the back of the vehicle were not with the vehicle when I picked it up. I called regarding the items; however, they could not be located at the shop. I did look thoroughly through the vehicle to locate the items, but they weren't there. It is not a major issue for me, just an inconvenience. Your shop does great work.
