I was a bit disappointed with the delivery. THe bed cover and inside the bed was very dirty with a white powder. It should have never have gotten on the back side of the cover. The bed cover was not attached to yhe truck either.

I was very pleased with their work from the beginning until the car was finished. Also the people who work there are very knowledgeable and communicate well.
They are also very polite. Example: when l was returning the rental car & picking up my Ford Fusion, the weather was both cold and buckets of rain were falling from the sky, two of the employees helped me transfer all my items from the rental car into Ford Fusion. I am 78 years old and that was an additional bonus to the fine work Crash Champions did on my car.
