Clarification on your end in communication lines. I received several phone calls from several different people asking questions - provided universal response but feedback was not accurately entered...thus more phone calls. You looked pretty pathetic. If it wasn't another person's insurance company paying - and my relationship with RB Honda, I would not have allowed the work and would have moved to a different body shop.

I liked the interior cleaning. I wish I had removed everything from the car and gotten a complete interior cleaning, even if at additional cost.
Also, I kind of liked the custom billet grill (horizontal ribs)I had, and hoped you might find one (I know they are available on EBay, quality may be the question). Maybe I will change it later, though the replacement (OEM style) looks great.
The convenience of the Enterprise rental was also great.

The email status updates are nice but they were confusing because first it said the job would be done in one day, then eight days, then finally five days. For the information to be jumping around like that makes it not useful for planning. Also when I picked up the car, the job was not completely done; the car had to go back into the shop briefly for the broken tail light cover to be replaced.
